Frank Baeumler began their work experience in 1984 as an Education Coordinator at the International Trade Office, State of Minnesota Department of International Trade. Frank then joined Mate Precision Technologies in 1988 as an International Sales and Marketing Manager. Over the years, they held various roles including VP Marketing, VP European Operations / Managing Director, VP Business Development, and VP Workholding. Frank has been with Mate Precision Technologies for over three decades, showcasing their expertise and dedication in the company's growth and success.

Frank Baeumler obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wisconsin from 1977 to 1980. Frank then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wyoming, completing it from 1982 to 1983.
