Navdeep Kang serves as the Chief Quality Officer at Acadia Healthcare since January 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing quality standards in mental health and addiction treatment. Additionally, Navdeep is a Strategic Advisor at Bonfire Analytics and a Fellow with the Obama Foundation. Navdeep contributes to the American Society of Addiction Medicine as a Quality Improvement Council Member and Co-Editor of the ASAM Criteria (4th Edition). Appointed by Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Navdeep is also a Councilmember for RecoveryOhio. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor at Everest Health, Chief Clinical Officer at BrightView, and Director of Behavioral Health Service Line at Bon Secours Mercy Health, along with technical expertise at the National Quality Forum. Navdeep's academic background includes a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology and multiple degrees from Xavier University and Rutgers University.
