Lenneke Persons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Head of People at MatchWornShirt since May 2023, Lenneke also co-founded Soulful Rebels in April 2016, focusing on enhancing brand integrity through organizational culture. Previous roles include Chief of People at Helloprint, Associate Partner at Mediatic, and Associate Senior Human Resources Consultant at InContext Consultancy Group, where responsibilities included guiding strategic behavioral change and leadership development. Lenneke has also held senior positions at Great Place to Work Institute and Atos Consulting, specializing in HR strategy, change management, and improving employer branding across various sectors. Educationally, Lenneke holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has foundational education from the University of Amsterdam and Gymnasium Beekvliet.
