Joy Krupnow, CPTC, possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in technical writing and dental hygiene. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at MATC Group Inc since July 2021, Joy initially gained experience as a Technical Writing Intern. Prior to this role, Joy accumulated over 15 years of experience in dental hygiene working with Medical Dental Staffing, Inc. and Stafford Family Dental Care, as well as David Swisher, DDS. Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing certificate from the University of Richmond.
