Rebekka Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple organizations. Rebekka is currently the Senior Director of Postsecondary Strategy at Mastery Charter Schools, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Special Projects, Postsecondary Initiatives at the same organization from July 2018 to October 2022.

Rebekka also worked at The Broad Center as a Broad Resident from July 2018 to July 2020.

Rebekka'sprevious experience includes roles at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where they held positions such as Assistant Director for Program Innovation and Development from July 2017 to July 2018, Assistant Director, Dornsife Office for Experiential Learning from July 2014 to July 2017, Department Manager and Grants Administrator from May 2010 to July 2014, and Program Coordinator for Graduate Programs from May 2008 to May 2010.

Rebekka started their career at the National MS Society as a Development Coordinator from November 2006 to May 2008.

Rebekka Shepherd holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center, a Master of Science degree in Higher Education from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Messiah University.
