Kimberly O'Neil currently serves as the Head of Operations at MassMutual Ventures, a position held since August 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director & Assistant Controller at John Hancock Financial Services and Annuities Reinsurance Accounting Manager from June 2012 to August 2014. Kimberly O'Neil began a career in public accounting at Ernst & Young as a Public Accountant - Auditor from October 2005 to June 2012 and earlier worked as Office Administrator at O'Connor's Restaurant from March 2001 to September 2005. Kimberly O'Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Elon University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
