Prior to that, they attended Conestoga College from 2000 to 2002, where they pursued training in Teacher/Trainer of Adult Education. Lisa also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management Studies from the University of Waterloo between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, Lisa Dakin-Bartels has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified EQ Practitioner from Learning In Action Technologies, Inc. in 2020. Lisa is also a Certified Facilitator from Fierce Conversations, The Ken Blanchard Companies, Results Centred Leadership - The Achievement Centre, and Miller Heiman Group UK (Formally Achieve Global).
