Margot Phillips serves as the Assistant Director of the Empathy and Relational Science Program at Massachusetts General Hospital since September 2016. Previously, Margot held significant roles at Peer Health Exchange, including Advisory Board Member and Chair of the PHE Boston Board of Advisors from January 2014 to June 2024. Margot also completed a fellowship in Consult-Liaison Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center from July 2011 to June 2013. Margot earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Harvard Medical School, graduating in 2005, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a pre-med focus from Princeton University, where attendance spanned from September 1995 to June 1999.
