Operations has worked in some of the most prestigious hotels in India, including the Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre, Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn Cochin. Operations is currently the Operations Head at Masque, one of Mumbai's most popular restaurants. Pradeep's attention to detail and passion for hospitality is evident in their work, and they have always strived to provide the best possible experience for their guests.

Their manager is Varun Totlani, Masque Executive Chef. Operations Head works with and Sous Chef - Masque Sous Chef.
