Ernest Oliver has a diverse range of work experiences in the hospitality industry. Ernest started their career as a Director of Dining Service at Sunrise Assisted Living, where they managed dietary and dining operations for 80+ residents. Ernest then became the Director of Assisted Living at the same company, overseeing the day-to-day care of residents and managing a staff of up to 50 employees.

After that, Ernest worked as a Director of Outlets/Food and Beverage at Crestline Hotels and Resorts, where they had overall accountability for all operations and managed a team of 50-75 staff. Ernest also worked as a Restaurant Manager at the same company, where they managed a million-dollar multi-outlet restaurant, trained and supervised the management team, and implemented strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Ernest later joined Hilton Worldwide Atlanta as a Senior Restaurant Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple dining facilities and achieving revenue and profit targets. Ernest then became the General Manager of Magnolia Bistro, where they obtained profit contribution by managing staff and developing strategic plans.

Before their current role, Ernest worked at Safari Hospitality Management as the Director of Food and Beverage/Exec Chef/General Manager. Ernest managed multiple outlets, including a restaurant, licensed Starbucks, and a catering company, and was responsible for budgeting, menu development, cleanliness standards, staff hiring and training, and vendor negotiation.

Currently, Ernest is working as the Assistant Director of Operations at Concessions International, where they provide leadership and ensures high-quality products and exceptional guest service in multiple outlets. Ernest also works closely with operations management and crewmembers to maintain internal brand standards.

Ernest Oliver earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from American InterContinental University in 2003. Ernest continued their education at the same institution from 2003 to 2005, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Additionally, in 2003, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Business Administration but with a concentration in Healthcare Management.
