Michael G. Cutini is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Mason Capital Management LLC since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing legal and regulatory compliance for a multi-billion dollar SEC Registered Investment Advisor and collaborating with senior management on risk mitigation and investment opportunities. Prior to this role, Michael served as General Counsel at Mason Industrial Technology for a year and spent nearly twenty years as an attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where representation involved private investment funds and companies in regulatory litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder activism. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
