Christine Gould has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Christine began their career as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Northeastern University in 2007 and later joined Roger Williams Medical Center as a Senior Benefits & Compensation Analyst in 2009. After that, they worked as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth from 2011 to 2014. Following that, they took on the role of Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Hebrew SeniorLife from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are working at Martha's Vineyard Hospital, where they started as the Director of Human Resources in 2017 before being promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in February 2018.
Christine Gould completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Merrimack College from 1996 to 1999. Christine pursued further education at Northeastern University from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Graduate degree in Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources.
