Tona Taylor, MBA, CPCS, currently serves as the Director of Quality for Credentialing & Privileging at Kaiser Permanente, a position held since August 2014. Prior to this role, Tona Taylor worked at Group Health Cooperative from October 2000 to August 2014, where various positions included Manager of Quality and Controls, Manager of Operations Support, Manager of Provider Call Center, Analyst in Compliance and Reimbursement, and roles in Training and Development. Tona Taylor earned a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Whitworth University in 2000.
