Lauryn Tyrell is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food editing, culinary production, and catering. Currently serving as Senior Food Editor at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia since January 2014, Lauryn has also held the role of Associate Food Editor and worked as a freelance culinary producer, recipe tester, and recipe developer. Prior to this, Lauryn was a partner and chef at Lucullan Foods, specializing in special event catering, artist collaborations, and private chef services in NYC. Early experience includes positions as a line cook at Momofuku and Fresco by Scotto. Lauryn holds a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UCLA.
