Micah Thompson has over 25 years of experience in environmental management and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Environmental & Sustainability at Advance Auto Parts since April 2005, Micah is responsible for the development and management of environmental, hazmat, and sustainability programs to ensure compliance across more than 5,000 retail locations and 40 distribution centers. Prior to this role, Micah worked as an Environmental Coordinator at RR Donnelley & Sons from March 1998 to April 2005, focusing on compliance with environmental regulations, hazardous waste management, and training on spill response procedures. Micah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
