Fareha Nawaz, MD, FASN, is a nephrologist currently practicing at Northwest Renal Clinic since September 2023. Nawaz holds various leadership roles including Chair of the Wellness Committee for the Oregon Chapter of the American College of Physicians and Chair of Providence St Vincent Hospital Wellness Committee. With extensive experience as a hospitalist at PROVIDENCE ST VINCENT HOSPITAL since 2014 and a staff nephrologist since 2013, Nawaz also serves as Medical Director at Davita Dialysis. Academic contributions are made as an Assistant Professor at Western University. Nawaz is the founder and a certified wellness coach at WellnessMD Solutions, with additional qualifications as a certified life coach from The Life Coach School. Educational background includes a fellowship in Nephrology and a residency in Internal Medicine from the University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Medicine, as well as an MBBS from Dow Medical College.
