Shipon Hoque is a Senior Analyst at Marsh McLennan since July 2023, with prior experience as an IT Support Manager at EscherCloud where responsibilities included managing IT support activities, asset management, and cybersecurity. Shipon held several technical support roles, including 2nd Line Support Engineer at Tideway London and Technical Support Engineer at Advanced, providing end-user support and troubleshooting across various IT systems.
