Santonio Isom serves as the Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Marsh McLennan, a position held since November 2022, after a successful tenure at Bank of America from August 2007 to October 2022, where Santonio held multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP of Diversity and Inclusion Manager. Key achievements include developing and implementing DE&I strategies impacting around 30,000 employees, leading employee engagement initiatives, and managing executive participation in DE&I events. Santonio's career is rooted in human resources and project management, with earlier experiences as a VP in various managerial capacities and a background in risk management and training. Santonio holds a BS in Finance and Insurance from the University of Florida and a Project Management certification from Southern Polytechnic State University.
