Diane Cunha is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with extensive multi-industry experience, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Canada at JLL since November 2020. Proven expertise includes collaborating with organizational leaders to develop and implement business initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience, with a strong focus on diversity, recruitment, retention, and performance management. Prior to JLL, Diane held various leadership roles at MNP, where responsibilities included leading national talent acquisition strategies and serving as a business partner on HR initiatives. Additional experience includes managerial roles in HR and administration at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, and Torys LLP, where Diane provided guidance on employee relations, compensation practices, and recruitment processes. Diane holds diplomas from Sheridan College and Humber College, specializing in Legal Assistant programs.
