Eduardo Dobay has worked as an Analyst of Software at TEVEC Metodologias e Sistemas Ltda from 2013 to 2015. Eduardo then joined Vuxx in 2016 as an Android Engineer and later served as a Software Development Engineer, where they developed new product features, maintained legacy PHP codebases, and introduced Vue. In 2019, they were promoted to CTO and Tech Lead, responsible for articulating with other C-levels, regular meetings with developers and designers, and participated in product development until 2022. In the same year, following Vuxx's acquisition by Box Delivery, they assumed the position of Software Engineering Manager, where they lead a team to deliver and grow the products and help other departments communicate for better support.

Eduardo Dobay earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2007 and 2010. Eduardo went on to earn a Master's degree in Physics from the same institution from 2011 to 2014. Prior to their university studies, Eduardo attended Colégio Santa Cruz, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued there.
