Nici Bush serves as the Vice President of Innovation, Science, and Technology at Mars, a position held since September 1992. Throughout a distinguished career at Mars, Nici has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Workplace Transformation and General Manager of Mars Symbioscience, as well as Global Vice President positions overseeing Research and Development and Supply Chain for Chocolate. Nici's responsibilities have included driving cross-segment strategies for North America’s Pet, Chocolate, and Food businesses, as well as participating in acquisitions for North American Petcare. In addition, Nici is a founding member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering women in senior leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Chemistry and a degree in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
