Kate Agnew is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Marriott International, Kate previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Kyros and various roles at Optum, including Sr. Director of Software Engineering, Director of Software Engineering, and Senior Manager of Software Engineering. Additionally, Kate has experience in political campaign management as a Campaign Manager for Andrew Johnson for Minneapolis City Council and has worked in product marketing and business development at aftercode. Kate holds a degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Executive Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
