Jake Zerbe, SPHR, GPHR, is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruiting for high-profile technology and innovation companies. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition (Executive & International) at Marqeta since August 2021, Jake leads a team focused on executive recruiting for C-Suite positions. Previous roles include Principal Recruiter at Lyft, Senior Staff Technical Recruiter at Cruise, and Principal Recruiter at Circle, among others. Jake has also held leadership positions in talent acquisition for influential organizations such as Uber and Riot Games. An alumnus of Towson University with a B.S. in Business Finance, Jake also holds a Master’s Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
