Kelci Straka is currently serving as a Community Outreach Intern at Virginia Housing since June 2023. Kelci is pursuing a dual Master's degree in Public Health and Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University, with an expected graduation date in 2025. Prior experiences include roles as a Graduate Student at Virginia Commonwealth University, a Graduate Research Assistant at Thrive Virginia, and a Social Work Intern at The Johns Hopkins University. Additional professional background includes positions as a Research Program Coordinator at UC Irvine, a Research Coordinator, an Exposure and Response Prevention Coach at PCH Treatment Center, an Urban Ministry Intern at Servant Partners, and an Educator at Redeemer Community Partnership. Kelci holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, earned between 2012 and 2015.
