Richard Hull is an accomplished coach and business leader with extensive experience in both the rowing and consulting industries. Currently serving as a coach at Marlow Rowing Club since September 2022, Hull previously contributed to USRowing from June 2018 to July 2022, taking roles such as Selection Camp Coach and Head Coach for various programs. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2021, Hull was the head coach at Olympia Area Rowing, focusing on youth empowerment through competitive rowing. Hull's professional background also includes senior roles in innovation and strategy, serving as Senior Director of New Ventures & Alliances at the University of Southern California, Founder & CEO of The Metaphase Group, President & CEO of Spotlight Health, and Partner at Deloitte Consulting. Hull holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
