Connie Bao Hsu currently serves as the Head of Claims Operations for PMPL at Markel since May 2022. Prior to this role, Connie held various positions at AIG from February 2014 to May 2022, including Director of Global Claims Strategic Initiatives, Senior Program Manager for Commercial Insurance Operations, and Senior Business Solutions Manager in Transformation Services. Connie's career began at MACYS, INC. as a Project Manager in End User Computing from April 1998 to May 2008, followed by positions at MetLife as a Senior CRM Manager and Manager of Strategic Initiatives from May 2008 to February 2014. Connie earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Hartford in 2007-2008.
