David Penchina is an experienced maritime professional and business owner with a robust background in education, project management, and operations management. Currently serving as an Instructor and Subject Matter Expert at Maritime Professional Training, David specializes in STCW, IMO, USCG, and MCA courses. Additionally, David operates Certified Inspections LLC, offering a wide range of inspection and project management services. Previous roles include Asst. Project Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and Tender Manager at DHL Global Forwarding, where David managed global RFQs. David's maritime career includes experience as a DPO at Maersk Drilling and as a Professional Mariner with Military Sealift Command.
