Sarah Staunton is an emerging professional in the field of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as a Student Dietitian at Health Service Executive since September 2024. Sarah possesses diverse experience in the hospitality sector, including roles as a Waitress at Mario's Italian Restaurant and as a Barista at The Butler's Pantry IE. In the past, Sarah worked as an Assistant Letting Agent at NEW CITY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LTD. Academically, Sarah is pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at University College Dublin, following a Bachelor's degree in Health and Performance Science from the same institution. Additionally, Sarah has studied Kinesiology at the University of Maryland, complemented by a Leaving Certificate from Muckross Park College.
