Cathy Norris, CPRP, has extensive experience in the field of recreation management, currently serving as the Recreation Manager for the Marion County Parks and Recreation Department since 2007. In addition, Cathy Norris has been a dedicated member of the Florida Recreation and Park Association since May 1985. Cathy Norris holds a Bachelor's degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from the University of Maine at Presque Isle, completed in 1977.
