Joe DeBella, P.E., currently serves as Vice President of Facilities Management at Mariner Finance since August 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Director of Facilities at United Rentals from 2008 to 2021 and served as Director of Facilities Management at Taco Bell from 2004 to 2008. Joe's earlier experience includes roles as First Vice President of Corporate Facilities and National Facility Manager at World Savings from 1996 to 2004, and as a Lieutenant in the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy from 1983 to 1996. Joe DeBella earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from UC Irvine between 1979 and 1983.
