Robert (Bob) Hall is an accomplished project manager currently serving at Marine Systems Corporation (MSCorp) since April 2019. Prior to this role, Robert had a distinguished career in the US Navy, holding key positions such as Commodore and Deputy Commander from July 2015 to March 2019, and Commanding Officer with the rank of Captain (CAPT) from July 2010 to May 2015. Educationally, Robert holds a Master of Arts in National Resource Management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces (2003-2004), a Master of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School (1993-1995), and a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Transportation from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (1980-1984).
