Lidvar A. Flusund possesses extensive experience in maritime operations, currently serving as Vessel Manager for Remøy Management AS since February 2015, where operational expertise includes vessel management and direct client communication. Previous roles include Vessel Operation Manager and Operation and Chartering Superintendent, focusing on project work, operational support, and HSEQ initiatives. Prior to Remøy Management, Lidvar held the position of Captain at Island Offshore, commanding LWI/RLWI and offshore construction vessels, and served as Crewing Manager at Havila Shipping ASA, overseeing HR and crew management for a large fleet. Earlier career experience includes serving as Captain at Rem Offshore ASA, managing seismic operations and developing HSEQ procedures. Lidvar's educational background includes studies at Ålesund University College and Arendal Maritime Technical College.
