Hans Christian Seim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the marine and insurance industries, serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Norwegian Hull Club since August 2002. Seim has held various key positions, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of P&I, and Deputy Director of Underwriting. Currently, Seim is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors at NIORD and Marine Benefits, along with serving as a DNV Council member. Previous roles include membership on the Executive Boards of Cefor and Insurance Technology Solutions AS, as well as managing the Hull department in the Royal Norwegian Navy. Academically, Seim holds advanced degrees in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by executive development training from IMD.
