Erik A. Winkler has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across several healthcare and recruitment organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Provider Services at Marathon Health, Erik previously held the role of Vice President of Recruiting at Everside Health following its merger with Marathon Health in February 2024. Prior to that, Erik acted as Director of Recruiting at Healthstat, Inc., which merged with Everside Health in January 2021. Earlier in Erik's career, management roles included Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at Crescent Communities, LLC, as well as Division Director at Ajilon.
