Laura Kotzer is an experienced quality professional with a strong background in quality management systems and food processing. Currently serving as a Quality Coordinator at Mara Renewables Corporation since August 2021, Laura previously worked as a QMS Consultant at Picomole Inc., helping a biomedical start-up establish compliance with FDA and Health Canada regulations. Laura's consulting experience extends back to a role as a Food Processing Consultant where expertise in dairy processing and quality assurance was applied to develop SOP manuals for Natrel Inc. Earlier positions include Sanitation Supervisor at Natrel Inc. and Quality Assurance Technician at Bick's Pickles. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Biological) from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science and Certificate of Applied Science from Acadia University.
