Head of Global Customer Success at MapsPeople

Jeff Press has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as a Desktop Support Technician at Alternative Resources Corporation. Jeff then worked at various companies such as Verizon Wireless, Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group, and Louis Dreyfus as a Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator. At MessageOne, they served as a Technical Account Manager and Team Lead, where they designed and implemented customer success programs and managed strategic accounts. After that, they joined Dell as a Manager of Account Management and later a SaaS Sales Engineer. At PeopleAdmin, they held positions as Director of Shared Services and Technical Product Manager. Most recently, Jeff worked at VMware as a Solutions Engineer and Senior Customer Success Manager before becoming a Strategic Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success for the Americas at MapsPeople and is also the Head of Global Customer Success.

Jeff Press attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1993 to 1997. The field of study and degree name are not specified. In addition, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level Two (PMC-II) certification from Pragmatic Marketing in August 2014 and an AirWatch Enterprise Mobility Associate certification from AirWatch by VMware in May 2015.
