Roberta Solinas has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Head of Delivery LE at ManpowerGroup Italia since February 2009. In this role, Roberta has expanded previous responsibilities and reorganized the CORE structure, focusing on optimizing selection processes and efficient delivery management while addressing client needs. Roberta has held several key positions within ManpowerGroup, including Head of Center of Recruitment and Administration, Regional Manager Lombardia, and Operational Project Manager, demonstrating expertise in team leadership and operational efficiency. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Roberta worked at Quanta SpA in various roles, including Responsabile Servizio Ricerca e Selezione Permanent and Branch Manager, further solidifying a strong foundation in business development and client relationship management. Roberta holds a degree in Environmental and Territorial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
