Karen Fleeman, CPIM, has extensive experience in supply chain management and business development, currently serving as Sr Manager of Supply Planning at Compana Pet Brands since March 2016. Previously, Fleeman held roles as Supply Chain Services Manager at Avnet Electronics Marketing and Supply Chain Manager at multiple companies, including Instrument Tech Corp. and Associated Air Center. Additionally, Fleeman has a strong background in consulting and management within accounting and inventory, evidenced by leadership positions at KD Professional Billing Services and ISM Dallas. Education includes a CPIM certification from APICS, public speaking training from Dale Carnegie, and studies at the University of North Texas.
