Nicole Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicole began their career as an Intern Staff Writer at Lancaster Newspapers in 2011, followed by an internship as a Library Intern at The Pennsylvania State University Libraries in 2012. In 2013, they joined Lancaster Farming as a Copy Editor/Editorial Assistant, where they were responsible for producing, editing, and proofreading copy for the newspaper.
In 2016, Nicole moved to Steinman Communications as an Administrative Assistant until 2018 when they joined Manheim Central School District. At the school district, they started as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and later became a Human Resources Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at the same organization.
Nicole Miller began their education at Manheim Central High School, where they completed their high school education between the years 2005 and 2009. After graduating from high school, they continued their studies at Penn State University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Nicole then pursued further education at Penn State University from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
