Before that, they held the position of Digital Analytics Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown from September 2014 to September 2015. Paul also had an extensive tenure at RWE npower, where they held multiple roles such as Digital Analytics Manager, MI Development Analyst, Product Analyst, and Senior Settlements Analyst from 2006 to 2014. Their responsibilities included managing web analytics and optimization platforms, implementing web analytics and tagging, improving online customer experience, developing online channels, and providing insights and reporting on online performance.
Paul Allen attended Bromsgrove School from 1994 to 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they studied Management and Business Administration at the University of Reading, where they earned a BA hons degree.
