Lawrence Weiner is a Partner at Mandelbaum Barrett PC, where Lawrence has been a key member of the Commercial and Corporate Litigation Department since January 2016. With extensive experience in various commercial litigation matters, Lawrence Weiner specializes in issues such as breach of contract claims, commercial real estate brokerage disputes, fraud claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, commercial tenancy disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes and dissolutions, creditor’s rights, and appellate advocacy. Previously, Lawrence Weiner served as a Partner at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, P.A. from September 2001 to December 2016. Lawrence Weiner holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
