Brian Fillion is the President of Fillion Group at Ringler Associates, specializing in structured settlements, trust accounts, and MSA's. Brian also holds the title of President of Ringler NJI. Additionally, Brian served as the Chief Executive Officer at American Pharmaceutical Solutions LLC, a PBM focusing on the needs of self-insured and casualty insurance companies. Brian holds a MSA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, a program on Negotiations from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Business Management from Rhode Island College.
