Kristy Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advisory and management roles within various government sectors in New Zealand. Currently serving as Pou Tohu M¨¡t¨¡mua I Principal Adviser Enterprise Performance and Manager Business Support at Manat¨± Taonga Ministry for Culture and Heritage, Kristy leads teams in designing sector funds and improving operational policies. Prior roles include Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Justice, where strategic projects were managed, and Private Secretary Youth at New Zealand Parliament, directly advising the Minister of Youth.
