Mackenzie Kelley is an experienced professional in association management and event coordination, currently serving as the Executive Director at Management HQ since June 2018. In this role, Mackenzie collaborates with client associations to enhance organizational growth and leadership, working closely with Boards of Directors and committees. Prior to this, Mackenzie managed various events and programs as Events Manager, and held positions at the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota, where responsibilities included community relations and event execution. Mackenzie began foundational work in sports marketing and intramural sports at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications with a minor in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Mackenzie is associated with IES Barcelona since 2008.
