Lori B. began their work experience in 1990 at Mammoth Mountain as a Retail Salesperson. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Lift Operator and Ski Relief. In 1993, they transitioned to Mammoth Resorts and started as a Ski Patrol Room Attendant. Lori then became the Ski Patrol Office Manager from 1996 to 2004. From 2004 to 2015, Lori worked as the Communications and Access Manager at Mammoth Resorts. Lori'smost recent role, starting in 2015, was Director of Mountain Operations Administration.

Lori B. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Justice and Law & Society from American University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Lori also holds an EMT certification from ICEMA.
