Britt Rosdahl currently serves as Sektionschef HR-service at Malmö stad since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Höörs kommun, where Britt held various titles, including Salary and Negotiation Manager and Payroll Manager/HR Consultant from June 2015 to March 2021. At Doro AB, Britt was a Project Lead from March 2014 to June 2015, and prior to that, served as HR Manager at Epsilon Sweden from June 2010 to November 2013, overseeing key HR functions and initiatives. Experiences at IBM from November 2008 to July 2010 involved leadership in Nordic HR projects and global HR integration, while earlier tenure at Telelogic from April 1998 to November 2008 included managing global HR and financial functions. Throughout these roles, Britt has demonstrated expertise in HR integration, employee education, negotiations, and strategic HR management.
