Traci Anne Bliss Humphrey currently serves as the Human Resources Director for Lincoln County, SD, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Traci held multiple positions at Select Painting from February 2019 to September 2022, including Controller, Vice President of Human Resources and Finance, and Director of Finance and Human Resources. Traci's experience also includes serving as a Multi Unit Manager at Sodexo from August 2010 to January 2019, overseeing five national brands and seven individual restaurants while managing a staff of over 80 employees. Traci's educational background includes an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Corban University, two Master's degrees in Theology from Pentecostal Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Studies from Lee University.
