Tyler Litwak is an experienced attorney specializing in intellectual property law, currently serving as Co-Chair for the Miami-Dade Bar Intellectual Property Committee and as an Associate Attorney at Malloy & Malloy, P.L. Since August 2022, Tyler has been involved in drafting patent applications and Office Action responses, as well as providing legal support during prior roles as a Law Clerk and Legal Intern. Tyler's background includes significant legal research and drafting experience from a judicial internship with the U.S. District Courts and a role at the University of Miami Law Review as a Junior Staff Editor. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, Tyler possesses a strong foundation in both legal and technical aspects of intellectual property.
