Donna Charron has a strong background in information technology, with experience in various leadership roles. Donna is currently the Director of Information Technology at Malibu Boats, Inc. since 2023.

Prior to that, they served as the Global Director of Information Technology at ExOne from 2015 to 2022. In this role, Donna directed technical management strategy, leading a team of five direct reports and overseeing a global budget of $2.7 million.

From 2009 to 2015, they worked at PTC Alliance, first as the Vice President of Information Technology and then as the Director of Information Technology. In these roles, they provided trusted counsel on computer technology and led various IT initiatives, including data center transformation and application migration.

Donna also gained experience at Rexam, where they served as the Director of Information Technology from 2006 to 2008, spearheading the integration following the company's acquisition of Precise Technology. Donna was also a member of the Global Information Management Architecture Group, setting corporate policy and identifying enterprise-wide IT goals.

Donna'scareer started at Precise Technology in 1997, where they held several roles including Director of Information Technology. During their time there, Donna re-engineered business processes and spearheaded the development and implementation of business solutions.

Donna began their career at Wesco as a Systems and Communications Manager, where they worked from 1988 to 1997.

Overall, Donna Charron has extensive experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, and project management.

Donna Charron obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh from 1984 to 1988. Donna also received additional certifications, including PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) from the Project Management Institute in May 2023, and Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in 2023. Donna obtained ITIL 4® STRATEGIST Direct, Plan and Improve certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022. Donna also completed the following online courses: Word 2016: Forms in Depth and Power BI Essential Training from LinkedIn, both in 2022.
