Simon Le Gué-Prual

Simon Le Gué-Prual has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Simon is currently working as the Lead Designer at Make.org since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Experience & Product Designer on a freelance basis at VingtNeuf.Tech from August 2020 to July 2022.

In 2020, Simon co-founded Révolte, a company aimed at helping individuals change their lifestyle by connecting them with inspiring people. Simon was actively involved in this venture from September 2020 to January 2022.

Before that, Simon worked at UX-Republic from January 2019 to August 2020, initially as a User Experience Designer and then as a User Experience Manager. Simon led a team of 18 professionals and was responsible for talent management, team reporting, recruitment, coaching, and training.

Simon also served as a Trainer at UX-Republic Training from June 2018 to August 2020, where they helped top management and operational teams develop skills in the Design Thinking methodology.

Their previous experience includes working as an External UX Design Specialist at Air France from January 2018 to March 2019, leading the overhaul of eRH tools and managing the change of employee experience. Before that, they were a Lead UX Designer at Lyf Pay from November 2016 to December 2017 and a UX Designer at Carrefour from April 2016 to November 2016.

Simon began their career as a Digital Creative Director at Pschhh from August 2014 to May 2016 and as a Digital Creative Designer at Rosbeef! from January 2014 to August 2014.

Simon Le Gué-Prual obtained a BTS Design Graphique from LISAA - L'Institut Supérieur des Arts Appliqués from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Licence de droit in Droit from Nantes Université between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including UX PM Level 1 from UXalliance in June 2021, Membership Certificate from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in May 2019, UX Strategy with Jaime Levy in March 2019, and Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in June 2018.
